a promise is a promise

I promised a review video at I believe 20.000 km. Well, guess what didn’t happen? Exactly. So when the magical 50.000 km was visible on my dashboard I got a deja-vu while thinking that it would be a cool idea to make a review video about the Desert X. In my Instagram stories I have asked a couple of times what you would like to know about (my experiences with) the Desert X. Kind of wondering if you had any burning questions. I screenshotted all the questions and lost some of those screenshots in the process, but I could still make a decent Q&A in the video.

always striving to take you with me

In those 50.000 km (while writing this 57.242) I’ve encountered SO many beautiful landscapes, thrilling roads, curious wildlife and met many strangers of which some even became friends. It would be impossible to display everything I have seen and all the breathtaking moments, but through my content I’ll try my best.

From the moment I bought my Desert X many upgrades have taken place. Big and small, very important to just-for-fun. I’ve changed color, swapped hard for soft luggage, created more comfort and one of the latest upgrades has enabled me to take my video and photo gear with me safely. Interested in the exact motorcycle gear items I currently use? You can easily find everything on my gear page.

Of course I can talk about every little detail here that I discuss in the review, but maybe it’s better to just watch the video to see my current gear, hear my experiences and where answer a majority of your questions. Enjoy!
